Can you please send me some details about the MTB skills clinic in Jonckershoek? Thank you
Sent you an email. At the clinic emphasis is laid upon grasping and mastering the basic skills of MTBing- body position, braking, cornering, unweighing & bunny hopping, reading the trail, equipment choice, mental approach etc. All this is done on a smooth flat surface, and once everyone has a good grasp of the skills, we go out on a short, easy section of trail (Canary 3) and apply above skills and play a bit.
