While training in Bend, OR recently, a few friends got together to shoot a few pics:

Mark DeJohn is my ART therapist in Bend. (Active Release Technique is like massage, just better)

Bob Woodward is an iconic Bend character. Photographer, writer, endurance athlete, fly fisherman and one time Bend Mayor. And my neighbor a few years ago…

SpiderTech is a new product Mark works with. Sports tape for injuries & support.

Woody deftly got the job done and we headed to Brother Jon’s for refreshments. My new favourite:
